Back Stage Pass Management was started in 2003 by Laura Brady. BSP is an artist development and management company. We work with new undeveloped artists as well as the seasoned musician to promote, market, and develop their talents within the music and motion picture industries. BSP was created to help the new and upcoming artist cover the Rock 101 basics from press kits & EPK’s, to wardrobe, and song selection; to the more advanced working record labels, working radio stations, setting up showcases, press releases and so much more.
