Back Stage Pass Management was started in 2003 by Laura Brady. BSP is an artist development and management company. We work with new undeveloped artists as well as the seasoned musician to promote, market, and develop their talents within the music and motion picture industries. BSP was created to help the new and upcoming artist cover the Rock 101 basics from press kits & EPK’s, to wardrobe, and song selection; to the more advanced working record labels, working radio stations, setting up showcases, press releases and so much more. The music business is an ever changing business for today’s struggling and talented artists and Back Stage Pass is here to help. Utilizing connections with our various affiliates such as independent record label Black Mountain Records out of Las Vegas offering our musicians world wide exposure and development opportunities. Or our affiliation with the M99.5 Music Meeting Show offering musicians “on air” exposure to the Palm Springs and Coachella Valley Markets BSP gets their artists noticed. Back Stage Pass & Kevaworks events partnered with M99.5 radio and their Sunday Night Music Meeting have hosted numerous events creating valuable exposure for many up and coming musicians.

Dwight Arnold started the radio show "Backstage Pass- " in 1980 as a college radio artist interview program. Over the past 25 years "Backstage Pass" has aired on legendary radio stations such as ; 91X San Diego, X103.9 San Bernardino, WFNX Boston and many more. During these many years Dwight interviewed major musical icons. Including STING, Billy Idol, Kurt Cobain & Nirvana , Pearl Jam, NO DOUBT & Gwen Stefani, Depeche Mode, The Cult and many more.

From 1995-1999 At X103.9 BSP became part of “THE SUNDAY NIGHT MUSIC MEETING” The Sunday Night Music Meeting is the portion of the show that features new releases by signed and unsigned artists.

In 2003 both programs began to air on M99.5, Palm Springs, which includes the “LOCAL MUSIC SPOTLIGHT” feature which is coordinated by Laura Brady. This feature spotlights one local unsigned band, or new up and coming artist each week and gives information about the band and the band members, while airing at least one of their songs.
